Can I split an order into two or more different designs?
Yes you sure can. Our minimum order per design would be 500 pieces, so if you need 2 x 500 cards, you can use the 1,000 piece price. If you need 4 x 250 cards, we would run the order as 4 x 500 and charge the 2,000 piece price list. There are no exceptions to this rule.

What thickness are your cards?
Our standard thickness is 0.76mm, this is the thickness of a credit card. We can also do 0.45mm but please note the thinner cards cost more, as we do not produce as many of them, and they take longer to produce So most of our clients choose the 0.76mm credit card thickness.

What are your cards made of?
Our cards are made of the exact same plastic (PVC) as the credit card in your wallet. Same material, same weight, same thickness, same print, same feel.

Basically . . . exactly the same as a credit card.

What special features do you provide?
We can add numbering (eg 0001 to 1000, or any special codes you supply), barcoding (with numbering as mentioned), signature panels so you can write on the cards (eg value, to, for from etc for gift cards), hope or slot punching, magnetic strips and encoding , overprint coating so you can print the cards through a desktop card printer to add member names and numbers, variable data print (we can print your entire member list for you), scratch panels with numbering underneath, embossed names and numbering like on a credit card and several other options. Can you make sample cards with my design?
The only way for us to make a sample of your plastic card design is with digital printing. The problem with this is the colours would be different to our main offset printed job when we print your main order so printing you a digital card will not give you a good representation of what the final product will look like.

Can you do numbering and barcoding?
Yes we sure can. We can either print simple numbering such as 0001 to 1000, or if you have a specific range or variable data, please supply this in an excel or notepad file. For barcoding we need to know what style you need, eg barcode 128, 39,ean 13 etc. Your POS supplier will be able to tell you this, or if you have an old card with a barcode email it to us and we can scan it and tell you, or you can download a barcode reader app for your smart phone so you can scan it yourself.

How fast can I get the cards?
250 - 4,000 pieces - approx 2-3 weeks

(Express Order - 2 week turn around add 35% for 1000 - 4000 cards - min order 1000 cards for express production)

5,000 or more - approx 7 working days.

How do I supply the design?
The design should be supplied at 86mm x 54mm with a 3mm bleed on all edges (total size 92mm x 60mm) CMYK Hi Res 300dpi PDF file. If the design is supplied at an incorrect size, colour space or resolution this would require us to charge to correct. We can design the card for $99 using supplied logo and text. Can you do the card design?
Yes, we can design the card for $49 inc gst using supplied logo and text (simple design with no changes required) or $99 with up to 2 revisions

Can you design a logo for me?
No we cannot, we suggest you check sites such as www.pixellogo.com where you can buy very cheap logos.

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 250 pieces. We cannot do less than this.

Do you offer trade pricing?
In certain circumstances we do. We would need to know the volume of orders you intend to send us, so please email as much detail as possible to info@pr.com.au
