Prices
While care has been taken in posting correct prices on the website, PR has the right to remove or change products and prices without notice. All quotes are valid for 28 days only and may be subject to change after this period.
Orders
When an order is placed through the PR website, approving of proofs and payment must be completed within two weeks of the placement of the order.
Email Proof
Proofs provided by PR are an indication of the final printed product only. Variations in colour or trim can be a result of the printing process.
Colour Variations
Our printing products may have colour variations from what you have seen on screen, to what the final product looks like, variations between the front and back of the card, and previous orders can also be expected. This is the nature of CMYK offset printing and bulk-run printing.
Trimming of printing
All printing products are trimmed. Trimming of printing products may shift up to 3mm in any direction, therefore our artwork guidelines should be properly adhered to minimize risk of trimming affecting the look of the print. Customers are reminded that when we trim the bleed of any printing product, this cut can vary in location up to 3mm in any direction. A 3mm internal margin from the bleed line must be made.
Artwork
Artwork designed by PR remains the property of PR until paid for. Once paid for the artwork is owned by the client and we can supply a copy of the flattened artwork to the client.
Accepting Proofs
When accepting artwork proofs from PR, you are held fully responsible for accepting all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar and numbers. It is your responsibility to request another copy if your proof is difficult to read. We will print exactly what is accepted in the final proof.
Submitting your own artwork
Customers who upload their own DIY artwork are fully responsible for the end result of printing. Customers are reminded to submit print-ready artwork with the correct specifications. We will print whatever you submit, and we are not responsible for artwork mistakes. It is your responsibility to ensure that any design that is submitted is not in violation of any copyright laws. We assume that your artwork is legally yours. We reserve the right to make changes to your artwork without your consent to avoid printing problems that we predict happening.
Turnaround
The turnaround time for most printing products is 7-10 business days. This is from the time receiving payment and accepting the proof, to the time when you receive your order. Design time is extra. Unique Print and Sign will not be held responsible for loss or damages due to printing being delivered after this time.
Delivery
PR will not be held liable for printing products that are lost, damaged or delayed when delivered by post or courier. All items being delivered to a residential address will be left at the door or a notice card will be issued for pick up in the event of no one being home. No Second Delivery.
Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL PR OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, COSTS OF REPLACEMENT GOODS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEB SITE OR ANY LINKED SITE OR ANY PRODUCT ORDERED THROUGH THE WEB SITE OR VIA EMAIL, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE INFORMATION OR MATERIALS PRESENTED ON THIS WEB SITE, OR ANY PRODUCT ORDERED ON THIS SITE OR VIA EMAIL TO THE SITE OWNER, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY EVEN IF PR OR ITS SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Generally, we will collect your name, address, mobile or telephone numbers, facsimile number and e-mail address to process your job. If you do not provide us with such personal Information, we may be unable to carry out the services or provide the goods requested by you. We do not and will not rent, sell or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to any other company or organisations, without your prior consent where that consent is required by law.
